Refund & Replacement Policy

Due to the nature of limited-run 3D printed products, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, improper assembly, painting issues, or accidental damage caused during handling or installation.

Please note that 3D printed resin parts are delicate precision products intended for experienced scale model builders. Minor surface marks, support attachment points, or slight variations are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and do not qualify as defects.

If your order arrives with missing parts, significant printing defects, or damage caused during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

For replacement part requests, customers must provide:

• Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or missing parts
• Photos of the product packaging when possible
• Your order number

After verification, we will determine whether replacement parts can be provided.

Please note:

• We do not accept returns for assembled, modified, painted, or damaged products.
• Shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
• Replacement parts are provided at our discretion based on stock availability and case review.
