This website is operated by DINO Co., Ltd. under the brand name T-Rex Studio.

By accessing this website or purchasing products from our store, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service and related policies. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website.

1. Product Information

Our products mainly consist of high-detail 3D printed scale model parts intended for experienced model builders and hobbyists.

Due to the nature of 3D printing, products may contain:

  • Minor support marks
  • Fine surface textures
  • Small individual variations
  • Minor cleanup requirements

These are considered normal manufacturing characteristics and not defects.

Our products are not intended as children’s toys.

2. Orders & Payments

Orders enter processing only after payment has been completed.

DINO Co., Ltd. reserves the right to:

  • Refuse suspicious orders
  • Cancel abnormal transactions
  • Restrict high-risk regions
  • Correct obvious pricing errors

Orders may be delayed or canceled in cases of payment verification issues, suspicious activity, or fraud prevention procedures.

3. Pricing & Availability

Prices may change without prior notice due to exchange rates, material costs, or market conditions.

Certain products are limited-run items and may not be restocked after selling out.

4. Shipping & International Orders

All products are shipped from Japan.

International customers are responsible for:

  • Import duties
  • VAT
  • Customs fees
  • Local taxes

Shipping times are estimates only. DINO Co., Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Replacement Parts

Due to the limited-run nature of our 3D printed products, all sales are considered final.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Assembly mistakes
  • Painting issues
  • Improper handling
  • Customer-caused damage

If your order arrives with missing parts, major printing defects, or shipping damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Replacement requests must include:

  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Packaging photos when possible
  • Order number

Replacement support will be determined after review.

The following are not covered:

  • Assembled products
  • Modified products
  • Painted products
  • Customer-damaged products

Shipping fees, customs duties, and related fees are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All products, images, designs, text, and 3D data are protected by intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized:

  • Recasting
  • Scanning
  • Commercial reproduction
  • Redistribution
  • Digital resale

is strictly prohibited.

DINO Co., Ltd. reserves all legal rights regarding unauthorized use.

7. Disclaimer

Scale model building requires skill, tools, and experience.

DINO Co., Ltd. is not responsible for damage or loss caused by:

  • Improper assembly
  • Incorrect use of tools or adhesives
  • Painting mistakes
  • User handling errors

8. Privacy & Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through third-party providers including Shopify Payments and PayPal.

Payment information is handled according to the policies of the respective providers.

9. Changes to Terms

DINO Co., Ltd. reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
